Restoring God’s House, One Phase at a Time

A Clean House for a Holy Purpose

For the LORD your God walks in the midst of your camp, to deliver you and give your enemies over to you; therefore your camp shall be holy, that He may see no unclean thing among you and turn away from you. – Deuteronomy 23:14 (NKJV)

At Valley Crossroads, we believe that our church is not just a building—it’s a sacred space where we gather to worship, connect, and serve. Just as the sanctuary in the Bible had its distinct areas—the outer court, the holy place, and the most holy place—we’re embarking on a 3-phase beautification project to restore and enhance every part of our church.

Project Phases

Phase 1: The Outer Court
This first phase focuses on the exterior of our campus. We’ll be cleaning pavements, removing rubbish, and tidying up the parking lot to create a welcoming atmosphere. Let’s make the outside of our church reflect the joy and love we carry inside!

Phase 2: The Inner Court
Next, we’ll move into the lobby, restrooms, and surrounding rooms. From touching up doors and walls to ensuring every lock and baseboard is in good shape, this phase is all about making the spaces we use daily more functional and inviting.

Phase 3: The Sanctuary
Finally, we’ll bring our attention to the heart of our church—the sanctuary. This includes cleaning and restoring the pews, pulpit furniture, floors, and lighting. It’s where we worship and hear God’s Word, so let’s make it shine with the reverence it deserves.
